It wont let me study on the first day, all it does when i click on is it brings up some dialogue sayin "my favorite place in the the whole world! my study desk!", any help?
Short and sweet. And the power of retcon is actually genius in contrast with IQ number. I'm gonna love what comes of it, let's hope the growth continues. Reminds me of myself a lot.
Hey there! Tried to open up the game (v.1.0.4) on Mac and it spit out "Mirai's Exam Preparation quit unexpectedly" and wouldn't run even when I re-opened it, so here's a couple of screenshots that feel important, please let me know if you need more, and here's hoping it's something simple! :)
Had the same issue. I run dual monitors and they are capeable of 3840x2160 but I have them both in 1920x1080. Swapping one of the monitors to 3840x2160 fixed the issue.

There's a weird glitch preventing me from moving forward with the game every time I access "my locker" when on school grounds... the game keeps getting stuck there and does strange things... please help... otherwise fantastic game and I cannot wait to see more of the games progress as its so awesome to play
Ohh, I forgot to activate the screen scroll function in this scene. You might be able to resize the game screen by dragging the window on your computer so it's a wider frame. Then you should be able to get out of the scene. Anyway, sorry about this. I'll fix it in the next update.
good stuff! I remember reading the original comic and I think it being in game form adds to the mental transformations, I like being able to observe things and having different responses depending on your IQ. hope it gets updated frequently and finished, but I remember the comic being like 500+ pages long so I can see it taking a while. only criticism I have is it's not super clear when you can/should be looking around for extra dialogue and when you're not allowed to, the game seems to have a lot of trial and error that isn't a big deal right now but I could see it adding up if it gets longer. I never found the porn in the preview icon and the few times I tried looking around I was met with "I shouldn't be doing this right now" so I kind of just gave up after a while.
that's a lot of negativity though for what I think is so far a promising VN. I think your mental degradation writing works super well for games and in the future I can see you potentially doing some interesting game design mechanics related to it. best of luck!

I'm glad you enjoyed the original comic :D I'm really looking forward to having this game branch off in different directions depending on the choices the player makes. It's a really good format as, unlike in the comic, there are a whole bunch of directions the story can go in. But, like you said, it's going to take a while... Plus I'm still learning how to actually use Unity... But hearing people enjoy it is really motivating! Thanks :D
could there be an guide how to do everything bc on some places i got completly lost for a few minutes and i have no clue what to answer in the test lol
It's a good idea, I could put in a mode where there are pointers along the way. For the test I was thinking of putting some hints that you'd be able to check in her math study book.
Quite a few bugs that make it unplayable. Many times just interacting with anything (including stuff needed to progress the story) will break the game. Doing stuff like not letting you view the rest of the room and therefore not be able to do what you have to do (this happened 3 times, twice when trying to leave the house the first time to go to school, and once at the school) This problem persists after loading a save, even after closing the game.
I also just can't get passed the point after the first exam at all because when I go to the locker to retrieve the book there is no way to leave the locker "scene" Either the "portal" to do so is broken and not appearing properly, or it's the same bug I had mentioned before and I simply can't scroll to actually reach the "exit"
I hope these get fixed or that maybe it's a problem on my part because I would actually like to continue playing.
Thanks for the comment! There is a function where you can click and drag the screen, so you can move all around the backgrounds. Maybe it's not clear enough in-game that you can do this. In the next update I 'll do something to make this clearer.
But also, just after there is where the game is up to at this stage, so there's not much more to play currently from where you're encountering the bug. Are you playing on PC or Mac?

I think I'm about halfway through the next update, so maybe 2 weeks till it's released. Fingers crossed :)

The riddle is a word, so you just press the number that corresponds to each letter of the word.

I was stuck on a bug which delayed me releasing the update, but I have found a workaround for now so am uploading it now.
